Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
All items are shipped from Virginia. I will work very hard to send your order out ASAP. Custom product orders will require an additional 2-3 days to ship. Most orders should be received within 7-10.
Crackling Hearth Candles will not be responsible for orders that are lost or delayed by USPS or UPS.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
While we make every effort to ensure each of our products is perfect, we are human. We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately, we are not able to offer a return or exchange.
Only items that arrive damaged are eligible for return/refund. Exchanges will only be made for the same item/scent originally purchased. We ask that defective products be shipped back to us for inspection. Upon receipt of the merchandise we will issue a refund less the cost of return shipping.
